2. Steps to exchange products:

 

Please contact Hotline, Chat or send email to OBCfood.com to register for exchange (same product).

 

Within 1 day of receiving the goods, if you want to exchange the product, depending on the delivery area, just follow these steps:

 

If you are in Ho Chi Minh City: Contact via Hotline or Chat for support in exchanging products:

 

  Option 1: The delivery staff will bring the product you want to exchange to your home, and at the same time receive back the original product or

 

  Option 2: Come directly to exchange at OBCfood.com store

 

If you are in other provinces and cities: Contact via Hotline or Chat to request a product exchange

 

Note:

 

- OBCfood.com only holds the product you want to exchange for 1 day.

 

- After 1 day: If you still have not received the product you returned, the exchange request is still valid, but in case the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you must wait until the product is available again, we will Proceed to deliver the product to you.

 

- After 1 day: Request to exchange goods expires.

 

3. Return goods

 

OBCfood.com will not accept returns from customers after payment and receipt of goods. Therefore, please carefully check the goods before payment to avoid cases of defective goods or delivery not as ordered.
